This mid-century modern house ca. 1954 is tucked away in the Littlebrook section of Princeton, amid a small group of 34 homes centered around Deer Path and Clover Lane designed primarily by architect David Savage. All of the homes are unique in their own way, with different characteristics each making them part of a whole designed community of which no one house dominates the others.
The project provided the opportunity to incorporate the design of a new carport and landscape elements in order to engage the street facade of the house. The interior work centered on updating the original utilities and finishes with major modifications to the bathrooms, as well as opening up the kitchen and living spaces to be enjoyed in a truly modern setting.
